When you attempt to create a new sub-folder on the NAS by right clicking and choosing "Create New Folder" you may receive the following error:

Unable to create "New Folder." A folder with that name already exists.

This may also affect the ability to use some backup programs or applications from creating new files, especially Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word.

 

This is a known bug brought about by a recent Microsoft Windows update.

 

 

This issue has been resolved with the release of firmware version 3-0311. Please update your firmware to resolve this issue.
