When you FTP through Internet Explorer to the Simple NAS using the following method, you may not be able to open files.

You may also receive the following error message when attempting to open a file:

This page cannot be displayed

 

This is a known issue with firmware versions 1-0125 through 4-0317.

 

 

Please update your firmware to the latest version to resolve this issue.
