You need Dos drivers for Warp Drive in order for your backup software to detect the drive.

 

 

The Microsoft Windows operating system families (98SE,ME,2000,XP) do not currently support USB as a boot drive or primary system drive.

Please refer to this Microsoft article concerning this issue.

 

 

There is no resolution to this problem at this time. When Microsoft releases and operating system that supports this feature, we will ensure our products support this feature as well.
