Vista Installation completes, but unit does not work, no icons, no drivers in device manager
Solution If you install the See2 Xtreme in Vista, and no icons appear in the system tray, and you checked device manager, and no devices are present, the installation program did not actually install the program.

We are working to improve the installation program, so that it notifies you of how to run the application

For now follow these steps to setup your See2 Xtreme:

1. Un-plug the See2 Xtreme
2. Right-Click on our "Setup.exe" program, and select "Run as Administrator"
3. Follow the installation steps, at this point, it may or may not find some elements to un-install, or it may just install the program again.
4. Reboot the computer
5. When the computer boot up and login process is complete:
  • If when you ran the "Setup.exe" program before, it did see previously installed features, and uninstalled them, run the "Setup.exe" program again to uninstall them, and then after the program completes again, rebooth your computer a second time, then proceed with the next step
  • If when you ran the "Setup.exe" program before, it did not see previously installed features, and installed the software, check to see if the drivers loaded successfully. Check the system tray for our icon, and Device Manager for a complete instal
6. Plug See2 Xtreme into Root Hub

If after all this, the drivers load, however the See2 Xtreme still does not function correctly, you should check the other troubleshooting steps
